Terry Anne attended massage school at Erwin Technical Center, Tampa in 2007. She maintained a high honors throughout her education. She has studied trigger point therapy, Myofascial techniques, Chinese meridians, Thai massage as well as stretching for increased range of motion. Terry Anne has basic certification in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD).

Terry Anne has a special interest in spiritual joining. She believes that healing energy comes through her rather than of her and feels blessed to witness these healing energies at work. Merging her different varieties of techniques and spiritual influences, a deep myofascial style of massage and bodywork has emerged, infused with energetic work. Terry Anne's experience in service style professions, has given her a solid background in catering to her clients specific needs. Her early massage career began in a chiropractor’s wellness center, where she gained experience in the alternative healing treatments from a medical point of view. She has advanced skills at chair massage as well as relaxation, therapeutic table, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Thai style massage.

A Thai style massage can be done on a mat on the floor where you remain dressed in loose fitting or yoga style clothes. It is sometimes referred to as an assisted yoga session. There will be movement and stretching during these sessions. It can also be adapted for a Table Thai session where the stretches are incorporated but some more traditional Swedish style strokes are also used with lotions or oils.

Terry Anne has been a long standing member and volunteer of the FSMTA - A Massage Association in the Tampa Bay chapter and the Sarasota / Manatee chapter.
