Our Cancellation Policy
We ask all clients to please keep your appointments. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we would appreciate as much advance notice as possible. Our cancellation policy asks for 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation made the same day as the massage is billed a $25 cancellation fee. If we have a no show/ no notice situation our therapists are entitled to 50% of the scheduled massage cost or $50 whichever is less. Thank you for respecting our time and other clients.
